A Change at Christmas

"In una fase di crisi come quella in cui ci troviamo, diviene compito di tutti esigere e promuovere un cambiamento. Svegliarsi. Assumersi le proprie responsabilità. Fare pressione. E' compito dei cittadini, degli elettori. Ognuno secondo la sua idea politica, ma secondo una richiesta sola: che si cominci a fare sul serio, già da domani"
Leggevo queste parole di Roberto Saviano, qualche giorno fa, su un quotidiano. Perchè no?! Già da domani.
E vi segnalo il testo di "A change at Christmas", dei Flaming Lips (già nella cassetta del post precedente): "dimmi che non è così", lisergici e disincantati.

Buon Natale!
Aggiornamento del 29/12: come preannunciato, Mixwit ha smesso di esistere. La cassetta funziona per un solo brano, "We'll meet again", caricato come buon auspicio da Mixwit. A presto! IR
...Per Natale vi regalo questa cassetta! Come per le cassette che compilavo per gli amici più di vent'anni fa, ci ho messo molto impegno. Come scrive Nick Hornby, fare una cassetta ha le sue regole. Ho iniziato con un pezzo lento, una cover di Last Christmas, degli Wham, fatta da Erlend Oye dei Kings of Convenience, poi A Change at Christmas, dei lisergici Flaming Lips, e poi, e poi, e poi dei classici, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder... perfino Elvis!

Per non avere problemi, hanno deciso di chiudere. Insomma, altre vittime di queste regole primitive. Peccato.
Mi hanno spedito questa mail: "We regret to announce that Mixwit will cease to exist at the end of the year. Buon Natale (ovvero: il generale Speciale o il colonnello Trautman?)
Allora, che vi ha portato l'aiutante di Babbo Natale, il Generale Speciale (ex-generale?) ?No, perchè, a dirla tutta, tutti i giornali hanno parlato dell'uso improprio dei mezzi della Guardia di Finanza, ma quel giorno in Trentino le spigole non sono mica arrivate... colpa del maltempo. Immaginate che figuraccia ha fatto il Generalissimo con gli ospiti che aveva invitato e con le sue affamate truppe?
Io immagino che tra Speciale e le sue truppe ci fosse un rapporto tipo quello tra Trautman e Rambo. Il generale superduro che la truppa amava/odiava, ma che era votata fino al sacrificio per lui. E anche lui avrebbe fatto di tutto per loro... come portare spigole fresche alla truppa... Ma Trautman le spigole le avrebbe portate anche con una tempesta di neve... invece Speciale...
Quindi: Rambo non fa il finanziere, il trentino non è il Vietnam, ma soprattutto... Speciale non è Trautman!

Il Generale Speciale e le spigole
Speriamo che Babbo Natale ci porti tante belle cose, magari un bel pò di spigole fresche recapitate dall'aiutante di Babbo Natale, il Generale Roberto Speciale! Voglio dire, se le ha fatte portare in quota per la gara di sci dei finanzieri a Passo Rolle nel febbraio 2005, perchè non a casa mia per il centenario di mio nonno, ex-finanziere? Sarebbe comunque un compito istituzionale, no?
